LA - Agoura Hills Marriott Hotels is the development of a dual-branded, 225-room Courtyard and TownePlace Suites in Los Angeles County, approximately 30 miles from downtown L.A. and in close proximity to the area’s major lodging demand generators. In addition to separate indoor lounges for each brand, the hotels will feature 7,000 square feet of indoor and rooftop meeting space, an outdoor swimming pool with amenity-filled recreation areas, fitness and business centers, and a Courtyard Bistro restaurant.

Temecula Hilton Home2 Suites is the development of a 120-room Hilton hotel in Temecula, California, between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara counties, and in the heart of the Rancho California Business Park. The hotel will include a business center, lounge, dining room, outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, and entertainment space. The project is located in a popular wine region and tourist destination and is a short distance from one of the area’s largest employers.
300 M is the new development of a Class A, multi-family residential building that will include 400 luxury apartment units and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project is located on the 300 M Street block of D.C.’s NoMa neighborhood, just one block away from the NoMa-Gallaudet Metro Station, and directly across the street from one of our previous D.C. projects, The Coliseum.
