EB5 CAPITAL PROJECTS
EB5 Capital helps foreign investors obtain US permanent residency, or green cards, through investments in US real estate development projects. To satisfy the requirements of the EB-5 Program, an EB-5 investor must invest either $800K or $1.05M and create at least 10 new full-time jobs for American workers. EB-5 projects located in Targeted Employment Areas (TEA) qualify for the $800K investment amount, which is the type of EB-5 project our firm has focused on for over 15 years. All our EB-5 projects detailed below have been in full compliance with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service. Since our establishment in 2008, we are proud to have maintained a 100% project approval rate, and many of our investors live in the United States as permanent resident green card holders.
