Job Summary– Executive Assistant to the SVPs & President

EB5 Capital is seeking an Executive Assistant who will be responsible for
providing administrative and personal support to five (5) Senior Vice Presidents and
the President of the company. The Executive Assistant helps the senior staff stay
productive by taking care of basic and personal tasks, which frees up time for them
to focus on their work. Our ideal candidate is an extremely service-oriented individual
who is organized and excels at anticipating the needs of others. This role requires a
well-rounded team player with excellent communication skills, strong writing skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to handle multi-task and prioritize.
